Damaged, Wrong, or Misprinted Items 
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it for free or issue a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order free of charge after the carrier confirms the loss.

Change of Size, Color, or Design
Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color, or design.
Please double-check the size chart before ordering.

Returns
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind,” as print-on-demand products are produced specifically for each order.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot stop the order.
